Copyright and Licensing

The Yashfeen Journal of Health Innovation and Practice (YJHIP) respects and protects the intellectual property rights of its authors. All authors publishing in the journal retain full copyright ownership of their work.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors grant YJHIP a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and preserve their articles in both electronic and printed formats. This agreement enables the journal to disseminate research worldwide while allowing authors to maintain full control over their work.

Authors are permitted to:

  • Reuse their articles in future academic publications and research

  • Share published work on personal, institutional, and professional platforms

  • Deposit articles in institutional and subject-based repositories

  • Use their work for teaching, training, and educational purposes

All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which allows others to copy, adapt, and redistribute the work, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original authors and YJHIP.

Any third-party use of journal content must comply with the license terms and must not misrepresent the original authorship or content.

This policy supports academic freedom, protects author rights, and promotes ethical and responsible dissemination of healthcare research.
