Refund Policy

Refund policy of Yashfeen Journal of Health Innovation and Practice:

• Refunds are only available for article processing charges (APCs) that have not yet been processed. Once an APC has been processed, it is non-refundable.
• To request a refund, please contact the journal's editorial office at [email protected].
• The request must be made within 30 days of the date of payment.
• The journal reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is deemed to be frivolous or unreasonable.

Here are some examples of situations where a refund may be granted:

• The article was rejected after peer review.
• The author withdrew the article before it was published.
• The journal made a mistake in the APC calculation.

Here are some examples of situations where a refund will not be granted:

• The article was published.
• The author made changes to the article after it was submitted.
• The author failed to meet the journal's publication deadlines.
