Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal policy of Yashfeen Journal of Health Innovation and Practice:

  • Withdrawal Deadline: Authors can withdraw their manuscripts up to 14 days after the submission date. After that, the withdrawal will only be accepted if there are extenuating circumstances.
  • Reasons for Withdrawal: Authors can withdraw their manuscripts for any reason, but they must provide a brief explanation in their withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal Process: To withdraw a manuscript, authors must submit a withdrawal request to the journal's editorial office. The request must be sent by email and must include the manuscript's title, author list, and the reason for withdrawal.
  • Resubmission: If an author withdraws a manuscript and then wishes to resubmit it, they must do so as a new submission. The manuscript will be treated as a new submission and will be subject to the journal's standard peer review process.

Here are some additional details about the withdrawal policy:

  • The withdrawal deadline is 14 days after the submission date. This deadline is in place to allow the journal to complete the peer review process for the manuscript.
  • After the withdrawal deadline, the withdrawal will only be accepted if there are extenuating circumstances. Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • The author becomes seriously ill or dies.
    • The author is unable to complete the research for the manuscript.
    • The author finds that the manuscript is not original or does not meet the journal's publication criteria.
  • Authors must provide a brief explanation in their withdrawal request. The explanation should be clear and concise, and it should provide enough information for the journal to understand the reason for the withdrawal.
  • The withdrawal request must be sent by email to the journal's editorial office. The email address is available on the journal's website.
  • Once the withdrawal request is received, the journal will review it and make a decision. The decision will be communicated to the author in writing.
  • If the withdrawal is approved, the manuscript will be removed from the journal's system. The manuscript will not be published and it will not be available to the public.
  • If the withdrawal is not approved, the manuscript will remain in the journal's system. The manuscript will be subject to the journal's standard peer review process.
